Last Thursday my laptop "died" i could not access any part of the system and after googling the issue (via my ipad) believed it to be the hard drive. The laptop got taken in the shop and on Tuesday - having replaced the hard drive and recovered all my files it is back with me. They did a great job, it is a "new" bit of kit that is operating better than when it was brand new! - thank you for a great, friendly and efficient service!!!
